🦋 The Butterfly Farmer Takes Flight – Our Kickstarter Is Live!
The day has come... the wings have dried.
🦋
Dear friends, fellow wanderers, and butterfly growers,
The day has come. The Butterfly Farmer — the next adventure after The Wandering Lamb — is finally live on Kickstarter. This project is blooming because of all of you who have believed in poetry, in transformation, and in finding each other through nature.
🌱✨ This week, something magical happened. I visited the Enchanted Gardens with a group of young poets from a local school. Beneath the trees, among the wildflowers and whispering butterflies, we sat and listened — to each other, to the land, to the silence between the words. Children made wings. They told stories. One child asked, “Can I be a butterfly farmer too?”
Yes, I said. Yes, you already are.
This is what the book is about: noticing the delicate, the overlooked. Celebrating the process of becoming. Holding space for wonder and care — not just in children, but in ourselves.
🐛 Join the Journey: Back the Kickstarter
The Butterfly Farmer is now live on Kickstarter — and this is where we need you most.

Early support is everything. It gives the project visibility. It shows the world this story matters. There are beautiful rewards for backers — signed books, bundles, hand-painted butterflies, and even a chance to co-create.
Can you back it today?
And maybe share it with one person who believes in hope, in art, in children’s growing hearts?
🌸 What’s Next?
We have two more school visits lined up over the next two weeks. I’ll be sharing updates — including a beautiful story from our Blean visit, where a butterfly wing became a poem. Expect photos, children's words, and the ongoing unfolding of this journey.
But today is about taking flight.
Thank you, as always, for being here.
With wings in hand,
Tom x and Caleb x

What a delightful project (I’ve just been writing about butterflies here in Scotland https://open.substack.com/pub/felicitymartin/p/delight-in-colourful-gems-of-the?utm_campaign=post&utm_medium=web).
The kickstarter link doesn’t seem to be clickable. I had to copy and paste it.
